Skateboarding.

 Between being a free-form artistic outlet, an extreme sport, and a science for some most people find the lines that distinguish it to be blurry. But there are no lines or real definition to skateboarding. No specified label, no exact clarification. It’s all just for fun! Completely subjective and up to you on what you do with it. Still a little obscure?  Lucky for you, this blog is here to clear the foggy eyed. Spacewaste is an all inclusive blog that invites readers from far and wide to take a look, like really look, at skateboarding culture. So you don’t need to skate, your interest alone will be the battery and gas to your car, speeding down the roads of sub-cultural knowledge (lol the dramatics). This’ll cover everything possible under the vast umbrella of skateboarding. From its various styles, to its art, its fashion, its many MANY tricks. It’s testimonials, its people, and more of course if you ask nicely.  Much of this material will follow the lives of local skateboarders from Canarsie Skatepark, a small but extremely friendly and close-knit park in a far corner of Brooklyn, New York. It will also follow skaters all over NYC. So if you have time and space to waste, might as well give this a gander. I don’t wanna give you guys too much. Just read the blog, and enjoy for yourself.
